We had an incredibly fulfilling Chuseok celebration this weekend with 34 friends attending our dinner at Surasang Attendees had a great time connecting over delicious Korean food and the venue was so accommodating for our large group
Thank you to the ICAFSS small grants and bursaries program for partially funding this event, in addition to helping cover travel expenses for a number of interstate Korean adoptees unable to easily access community in their hometowns.
Korean Rice Cake Painting Workshop

Sydney KADs (Korean adoptees) enjoyed a creative hands-on workshop decorating Korean rice cakes with white bean ‘icing’. It was a great afternoon chatting, painting and of course followed by KFC (Korean fried chicken).
KBOX Adoptee Takeover Night
